This renowned multi-outlet accommodation venue is looking for their next Supervisor to assist in the management of onshift duties as part of the food and beverage team. Acting as an all-rounder, you will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities and assist the team in the completion of their duties within allocated timeframe. Activity includes hosting, waitressing, open or close, customer feedback and experience, team leadership, stock taking and assisting the managers with other tasks as delegated.

- Ok, now, for this role in particular, you will ideally have:_
- Full working rights in Australia - Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Previous experiences in food and beverage service as a Team Leader in either hotels, catering companies or event centres
- Knowledge of open and close procedures, cash management, staff management
