Our client is a fast growing, software company, founded in Sydney, and has been in operations for nearly 15 years. The company is looking to expand its presence across all territories in Australia and NZ.

They are seeking an ambitious and energetic Junior Business Development Associate to help expand the growing organisation in Sydney and regional NSW. You will assist the established sales and marketing team with a view to progressing into a permanent Account Manager / BDM position within 1-2 years.

You will play a key role in:

- Assisting internal sales strategy and processing
- Provide quotations for customer projects
- Assist with new tendering and bid management
- Deal with customer renewals / licensing
- Assist with presentations to new and existing customers via video conference and occasional client site visits around Sydney and NSW.
- Working with our Marketing Manager and Senior Sales Team on key Sales initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Exposure to HRIS and/or Talent management solutions highly desirable
- An understanding of the sales cycle in public sector and/or **local government** would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Excellent presentation, communication, time management and planning skills

Negotiable Base Salary plus Commission.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
