**The Opportunity**

We are looking for skilled and motivated **Construction Workers** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in hands-on environments, enjoy teamwork, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in construction, civil works, or infrastructure projects (preferred).
- White Card (Construction Induction) required.
- Ability to read and follow plans, instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and follow direction.
- Experience with plant operation (desirable but not essential).

**Qualifications**:

- Open Driver’s Licence (Manual or HR preferred)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
