Programmed Skilled Workforce are Australia and New Zealand's leading provider of managed labour, staffing and training services. Programmed Skilled Workforce are now sourcing for experienced labourers and HR drivers with previous civil or plant operating experience for our client in Welshpool with free onsite parking available.
- Weekly pay cycle
- Competitive hourly rate + penalties for OT
- Immediate start These opportunities involve but are not limited to the duties below:

- Main road asphalt works
- General labouring duties
- Operating various types of plants such as rollers, bobcats and spray trucks
- Conducting safe repetitive manual handling tasks

To be successful in this role you must:

- Hold a valid driver's licence
- HR licence is highly desirable
- Able to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Be comfortable working outdoors
- Confident performing repetitive manual handling tasks
- Have proven work history in a similar role
- Be able to provide a working reference from the last 12 months
