Process allocated purchase requisitions and orders.

- Manage and maintain Supply Chain catalogue items in both Zycus and FMIS.

**The role**
- Process procurement service requests and purchase requisitions in a timely manner.
- Process allocated purchase requisitions and orders.
- Ensure all purchase requests are checked for compliance procedures.
- Manage and maintain Supply Chain catalogue items in both Zycus and FMIS.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Planning team to ensure correct supplier ordering profile, roster is set, and ongoing reviews are undertaken.
- Assist with the resolution of discrepancies or problems that prohibit timely ordering of goods and services or timely payment of invoices.
- Assist Accounts payable with inquiries from vendors regarding outstanding invoices and returns.
- Run ad hoc reports to monitor purchasing activity.
- Communicate changes to the business in an effective manner.
- Ensure all purchase requests have been approved at the appropriate financial delegation level.
- Conduct financial due diligence at appropriate stages in the Procure to Pay process.

**Your background**
- Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualifications, preferably encompassing one or more of Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Science, Commercial or related field highly regarded.
- 7+ years of experience in analytical roles.
- Experience of Demand and Supply Planning in FMCG environment is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfortable forecasting in Excel
- Strategic view of planning
