**The Client**:
Based near Clayton South, our client is a family owned and operated business, supplying waste and recycling services throughout Australia. They are now seeking HR Sidearm drivers to operate a sideloader waste vehicle. No experience necessary as full training is provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will manage a variety of kerbside waste collection runs using a side-arm
- Coordinating collection spots for difficult streets in a courteous manner
- Driving in and around the Monash Car Park
- Hopping in and out of the truck
- Strapping and unstrapping loads
- Waiting for Forklift Drivers who seemed to disappear when you arrive
**You are looking for**:
- A set run with no getting in and out of the truck
- A simple job, which some would call easy
- Great rate of pay - $33.95 per hour, plus Super
- Overtime available
- Finish your run and go home
- Supportive environment with full training
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- HR Licence
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Reliability
