**Role Overview**: We work closely with our clients to tell engaging community stories and support charitable organisations. We’re looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels at creating engaging video content. Based on the Gold Coast, this position requires regular travel to work directly with clients in the Tweed & Northern Rivers area.

**Location**: Gold Coast based, with regular travel to the Tweed & Northern Rivers Area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality video content, mainly focusing on interviews in a run-and-gun style.
- Handle all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
- Work independently to manage and schedule shoots with stakeholders.
- Ensure attention to detail and meet project deadlines.
- Engage with a diverse range of people to capture compelling stories.
- Understand and use story structure principles to create engaging content.
- Support and collaborate with charitable organisations to enhance their visibility through video content.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Familiar with Da Vinci Resolve and Canon Raw Workflow.
- Proven experience in video production and content creation.
- Strong understanding of story structure and narrative techniques.
- Ability to work independently, including time and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
- Must have your own vehicle and be prepared to travel regularly (fuel costs paid).

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Familiarity with the registered clubs industry is a bonus but not essential.
- Experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and development, with a passion for storytelling and multimedia.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Pay**: $35 - $40 per hour

**Expected hours**: 10 - 20 per week
