Flame Laminator
We’re expanding. And we’re not looking for average.
At our brand-new **Stapylton facility in Queensland**, we’re searching for someone who either _knows this industry inside out_ — or is _dead serious about mastering it_.
This role isn’t just about flame lamination. It’s about operating and owning the floor with:
- Flame lamination systems
- Textile slitting
- Pathfinder fabric cutting systems
- Glue bonding systems
- Workflow quality and production integrity
- CNC Textile stitching
This is not a button-pushing job. It’s for someone who thrives on precision, control, and building something that matters.
**Who This Is For**:
- You’ve been around the block in têxtiles or composites and know how to run machines with purpose.
- Oryou’re green but gritty — you’re teachable, hungry, and want a shot to break into a high-skill, in-demand trade.
- You will be working with the biggest names in marine and commercial upholstery delivering on time and with precision
**What You’ll Need**:
- Solid hands-on mechanical or production background
- A mindset that treats machinery like high-performance tools, not toys
- Willingness to learn fast and show up harder
- Detail-oriented with pride in output — quality matters here
- Team fit: low ego, high standards
**We Offer**:
- Opportunity to **progress through the company group**, which operates facilities in **three states**:
- A workplace culture focused on **results, precision, and growth**:
- Long-term opportunity in a stable, expanding operation
**Why Join Us**:
We’re not corporate. We’re not comfortable. We build results. You’ll work alongside operators and production pros who care about output, not office politics.
We’re investing in people who want to grow — so if you deliver, you’ll move up.
**Stapylton, Queensland branch. Ground floor opportunity. The right attitude will outpace experience.**
