A Lauxes Grates Area Manager provides ongoing in-store training and support to our Distributor Network. They keep Lauxes "front of mind" by having relevant conversations and knowing what questions to ask. The primary goal is to provide the best "tools'' to support the growth and development of our brand and proactive leading actions rather than typical Sales KPIs are how success is recognized and celebrated in this role.

**About the Role**
- Building and maintaining B2B relationships to develop mutually beneficial business success
- Appointment Setting Monday and Friday
- Distributor Visits Tuesday to Thursday
- Update CRM as and when required to keep data relevant
- Prepare sample packs containing store-requested resources to provide during in-store visits
- Attend Weekly and Monthly Zoom Meetings
