This is your opportunity to step into a **Residential Care House Supervisor** or **Assistant House Supervisor** position, where you’ll lead a dedicated team while making a meaningful impact on the young people in your care.

We have multiple leadership positions currently available across our homes

As a Residential Care Supervisor or Assistant House Supervisor, you'll lead with compassion and knowledge to promote a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment for our Young People. Your strong leadership in this position will assist with supporting our Young People, mentoring staff and ensuring that the daily operations are met. You will need to manage budgets, ensure compliance, and uphold policies and procedures. Your commitment will be fundamental in shaping positive outcomes for the Young People in our care.

You will be supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable team in the Out of Home Care Program.

To ensure maximum leadership coverage across our homes, the position requires fortnightly weekend shifts and being on an on-call roster.

**Requirements**:

- Valid and Current Driver's Licence
- Valid and Current Workers With Children's Check
- Valid and Current NDIS Workers Screeners Check
- Satisfactory Criminal History Check
- Relevant bachelor's degree with experience or Relevant Diploma with substantial experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.
