Bonjour,
- **Le Bon Choix is seeking a motivated Second in Charge for our amazing French cafe at North Lakes.**_
- **Location - Westfield North lakes **_

To be considered for the position you **must** have a **minimum of 1 years experience** in 2IC management, and a proven track record. The following skills and personal attributes we are looking for:

- Providing staff training and development

** Must have Barista experience and skills**

You must be able to follow set budgets and control wastage and sales ratios, weekly report, wage report as well as be able to integrate store rosters.

*Some weekend work is involved and full availability essential
