After Hours Rostering

**After Hours / On Call Opportunity - Great way to earn some extra money**
- Consistent rotating calendar working On-Call from 5pm-10pm and 6am-9am
- Availability to work Mon-Sun is required as rotating roster will role over to include all days.
- With the Rotating Calendar you will still be able to plan ahead and know which days you are working
- You will receive a single payment / allowance for being on call (even if no work is done) + paid for for any time worked thenceforth
- Time in the office may also be required occasionally so a close proximity to the Office is required (Sutherland location)

**About the Role -**

As our Business Hours office team end their day, many of our Support Workers are still actively attending home-care services. As the After Hours Rostering Officer, you will be the first point of contact for any on-the-job enquiries and/or additional service requests from our Home Care Team and/or Partnered Organisations.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

- Respond promptly to all calls received
- Assist our Home Care team with any on-the-job enquiries and find alternative staff to cover absences promptly.
- Ensure that any additional service requests that come through are filled in a timely and effective manner
- Use your initiative, and the systems provided, to ensure that the shifts being offered to Support Workers are appropriate to the clients needs.
- Work effectively and build strong relationships with all members of the Gold Care Home Services team, including Support Workers, People & Culture team and Business Manager. As well as build excellent relationships with our partnered organisations.
- Send prompt and detailed correspondence to the Business Hours team to inform them what occurred during out of hours to maintain effective communication

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Cert IV in Business Admin or equivalent (_preferred but not essential)_
- 1-2 years Experience in an Rostering or Business Administrator role (_preferred but not essential)_
- Great communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to build positive and strong working relationships with mangers, team members, and partnered organisations alike
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Positive and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
