Our client is an Australian-born eco-friendly cleaning products company that's on a rapid growth trajectory and are seeking a passionate and experienced Supply Chain and Operations Manager to lead and optimise their supply chain operations. If you are committed to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence, this could be the perfect fit for you

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Process Optimisation**:Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and streamlining of supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Supplier Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective delivery of goods
- **Budget Management**:Optimising resource allocation to achieve cost savings and meet financial targets.
- **Performance Monitoring**:track and improve KPIs for supply chain performance.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and assess potential risks to the supply chain. Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate these risks and ensure business growth.
- **Warehouse Management**:Oversee the management of four 3PL warehouses (AUS & UK).
- **Leadership**:Lead Sales and Operations planning meetings, providing demand-related insights and aligning on supply chain strategies.
- **Demand Planning**:Collaborate with Retail, Marketing & Finance to develop robust and accurate Demand Plans.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Proven experience in supply chain management (FMCG or Consumer Goods preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful supplier relationship management.
- Experience in strategic planning, budget management and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in managing 3PL warehouses.
- Must be proactive and eager to learn and develop with a rapidly growing organisation
