**About the Role**
As a Despatch Coordinator at Criterion NSW, you will be supporting the Despatch Team Leader in smooth and efficient operation of the Company Supply Chain process. Ensuring that we meet our key promise to customers by delivering the correct goods to our customers in full and on time.

**Responsibilities**:
- Swiftly manage loading to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Generate detailed manifests for the next day’s deliveries, collaborating closely with the Primary Freight Transport (PFT) team.
- Oversee quality control during loading and unloading, maintaining high standards of service.
- Coordinate driver schedules to guarantee timely deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and to exceed customer expectations.

- Hold a valid and current forklift license, essential for the role.

- Physically fit for manual handling and skilled in order picking using manual pick sheets.
