About This Role

The Document Manager/Controller is responsible managing and organising documents throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timely distribution and proper storage. This role will play a crucial role in project documentation, adhering to document control procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

The role will work closely with the PMO team, Project Engineers and other stakeholders to design and develop policies, procedures, user management, restrictions and access,

The role we are offering you
- Manage the digital and physical libraries and all assets therein
- Receive, record distribute and file all technical documentation
- Manage quality control over all design reviews and technical documents
- Provide advice to project team(s) for storage and management of all project documentation
- Proven experience in document management and control
- Ideally have worked in Defence, but not essential
- Expertise in documentation management system (DMS) or knowledge management system (KMS) - e.g. Microsoft SharePoint, Docuware, Confluence, etc)
- Familiarity with ISO 19475:2021 Document management and ISO 32000 Document management is ideal

Location:

- Homebush Office, NSW or Brisbane Office, QLD

Security requirements
- As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for Baseline level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current Baseline clearance._
