**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Site Maintenance/Handyman to join our team in Seven Hills, NSW.

This is a permanent part-time position, 21 hours per week.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

- General maintenance and gardening duties - This includes but is not limited to repairs and upkeep of building and equipment, lighting, fixtures and painting duties.
- Assist contractors when required in routine and emergency works.
- Identifying maintenance issues and then rectify/initiate remedial action.
- General stores and forklift work.
- Replenishment of perishable stock supplies.
- General banking and ad-hoc administration support.
- Carry out any duties requested by staff.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

- A ‘safety first’ approach to your work.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- A valid Forklift ticket and experience working in warehouses.
- An Australian Drivers Licence.
- Well presented, mature and trustworthy.
- Experience in carrying out works independently.
