About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Plant Coordinator to join our dynamic Plant Allocations Team. In this role, you will assist in the coordination of company plant and equipment, while supporting the operational needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the allocation and management of company plant and equipment, including floats, loaders, crushers, and more.
- Allocate staff resources and coordinate with sub-contractors to meet company demands.
- Monitor driver hours for fatigue management and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Answer inbound calls and modify the job sheet & diary system effectively.
- Process employee timesheets and ensure accurate billing for jobs.
