**About the Role**: We are seeking passionate and experienced academics to join our teaching team as Sessional Lecturers in the Bachelor of Business (BBus), Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc), and Master of Project Management and Leadership (Professional Practice) (MPMLP), Master of Business Data Analytics (MBDA) programs. Session 2 2025 commences 14 July 2025. Teaching is in-person at our Melbourne campus, with classes scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. You will also contribute to scholarly activities and student mentorship.

**Teaching areas required in one (or more)**:
**Bachelor level**: Accounting and Financial Literacy, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Data Analytics for Business, Business Economics, Human Resource Management, Contemporary Employability and Learning

**Master’s level**: Contemporary Management, Australian Business and its Role in the Global Economy, Contemporary Employability Skills and Reflective Practice (Work Integrated Learning - WIL program)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach at AQF 7 (Bachelor) or AQF 9 (Master’s) levels, with guidance from course coordinators and academic staff.
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops in person on campus
- Engage with students via the learning management system (LMS) and consultations
- Mark assessments and complete administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:
**Experience or qualifications**:

- A master’s degree (for teaching at the Bachelor level) or a Ph.D. (for teaching at the Master’s level) in a Business or Accounting discipline.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably at the university level
- Proven ability to teach and assess students effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective classroom management and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to promoting diversity and equity in education.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
