Are you passionate about movies and enjoy creating great customer experiences?
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly team members to join our cinemas over the busy Christmas and summer holiday period

**About the Role**

As a Christmas Casual, you’ll be part of our front-of-house team — delivering exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced, fun environment.
You’ll work across a variety of areas, including:

- **Box Office & Candy Bar** - selling tickets, snacks, and beverages
- **Ushering** - welcoming guests, checking tickets, and maintaining clean cinemas
- **General Customer Service** - assisting with enquiries and ensuring a great movie-going experience

**What We’re Looking For**
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work **weekends, evenings, and public holidays** (especially over Christmas and New Year)
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training provided
