**About You**
- Management/Supervisory experience with small to medium teams.
- Sales and results driven.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse sales and business reports to identify opportunity.
- Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
- Team orientated and ability to create a fun and positive environment
- Passionate about what you do
