Only About Children Rose Bay is a warm and inviting childcare centre located at 70-74 Dover Road, with recently renovated expansive outdoor and stunning internal spaces, close to public transport, and plenty of onsite parking.
- Our campus has dedicated outdoor play areas featuring a bike track with bikes, worm farms, a compost bin and an edible farm
- Our eight age-based indoor spaces are split over two levels that are specifically created to encourage children in their learning and growth, with a focus on safety and natural elements.

Our Rose Bay team value teamwork, collaboration, respect, and passion. We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Room Leader to join our team.

**About the role**

This role will see you working in collaboration with the wider team to ensure our children are inspired to learn in a safe and exciting learning environment.
- Inspire children through play-based and interest focused activities
- Mentor a team of Educators through educational guidance
- Create meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for children
- Plan and program with support from the OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF Ongoing records of the children's development
- Maintain an ongoing commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices.
