Treasury Brisbane currently has an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced
**Food & Beverage Supervisor** to join our team at celebrity chef Luke Nguyen’s restaurant, Fat Noodle Famous for its fast and friendly service and stylish interior, Fat Noodle has become a firm favourite for a quick lunch catch-up or precursor to a night out on the town. Ideally positioned at the top of Queen Street Mall, Fat Noodle offers an exotic hideaway, serving up-market fresh dishes day and night

Food & Beverage Supervisors are an integral part of our leadership team, coordinating and supporting team members during each shift. You will showcase your passion for delivering five-star customer service to train, develop and recruit your teams, as well as provide meaningful recommendations to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.

**What are we looking for?**
- QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
- Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience within a premium bar/restaurant, or hotels
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guest
- The ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality (desirable)
