SkyPoint is located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s Q1 building and is truly an extraordinary venue, 230 meters in the sky. We are searching for experienced and passionate Team Leaders to guide our team in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable SkyPoint Experience in our Food & Beverage, Events and Guest Services departments.

Our Guest Services team provides the first point of contact for our visitors at SkyPoint by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner; facilitating entry, processing tickets and generating sales. Once on the deck, our Food & Beverage team provide an all-day dining experience in our SkyPoint Bistro + Bar, ensuring an exceptional SkyPoint experience is delivered to our guests experiencing the best views on the Gold Coast from level 77.

**To be considered, you must have**:

- Previous leadership experience within a similar high volume hospitality environment
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding guest service experience
- Ability to lead by example, train, coach and motivate and engage team members at the frontline
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

Experience working with POS Database Systems and competent cash handling/management

Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks
