Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers. We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world's best systems and processes. Within RBS, the Consumer Finance Domain is responsible for end-to-end P&L management, product design, credit risk, acquisition & portfolio management and customer experience for Credit Cards and Personal Loans.
The Commercial Card Squad sits within the Credit Cards Crew. Our purpose is to improve the financial wellbeing of our institutional and commercial/business customers through commercial credit card and payment solutions. We do this by providing commercial card products that deliver financial and process efficiency benefits to our clients. Moreover, we are accountable for the commercial credit card customer value proposition for corporate and business customers.

You will report to the Chapter lead for Credit Card Products & Solutions, who will support you with your performance and development. As a member of the Commercial Card squad, you will play a pivotal in delivering a new, market leading Business Loyalty Credit Card product to market.
Your primary objective will be to work with the Product Owner, Business Rewards responsible for the CVP development of the new product to deliver that product to market. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is a product management enthusiast including interest or experience in developing customer-oriented solutions, pricing and supporting strategic initiatives to their completion. We also would love to hear from you if you have a keen eye for data analysis and a flair for BA style activities. **Key responsibilities will include**:
- **Development of Customer Value Proposition (CVP)**: work with relevant stakeholders to help develop the CVP
- **Product Governance**: Contribute to all product governance obligations to ensure we are delivering products that best suit our clients' needs, but also mitigate against any risks to our clients or the Group
- **Strategic Roadmap & Delivery**: Deliver product to market
- **Cross functional collaboration**: Build and foster strong relationships across the product value chain, including frontline teams, compliance, and technology to ensure seamless delivery.
- **Risk & Compliance**: Ensure that that any aspect of the delivery and ongoing operation of the product complies with all risk and regulatory requirements
**We want to hear from you if you have**:
- 3 years + financial services experience
- Understanding of loyalty products and their economics
- Strong commercial acumen and strategy development skills
- Experience in contributing to the delivery of cards or other banking products
- Strong thought leadership & ability to work autonomously
- A track record of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across teams
- Proven problem-solving skills couple with a strong ability to innovation and think outside the box
- Relevant Tertiary degree highly regarded
- The ability to think strategically and execute initiatives at pace that drive business value
- Experience in delivering strong outcomes in an Agile environment
- The ability to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisions
