We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced **Housekeeping Manager**, wanting to utilise their extensive experience to support our dedicated housekeeping and laundry services to achieve high standards of cleanliness of residents’ rooms, public areas and an efficient laundry service.

This is a permanent role - Monday to Friday 0800-1600

**Skills & Experience**
- A passion for interacting with our residents
- Clear communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to manage tasks and coordinate a team of cleaners and laundry staff
- Previous experience working with and using cleaning equipment
- Solid knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling, storage and disposal of chemicals
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, health care or Aged Care environment
- Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict.
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills.
- Understanding of infection control requirements
- Monitoring budget levels to ensure services are delivered in an efficient and effective manner

**Essential to working in Aged Care is**:

- **A current Police Check**:

- **Right to work in Australia**

COVID-19 (2 vaccinations plus booster) and this year’s Influenza vaccinations are a condition of employment *unless exemption applies.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Biggera Waters QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
