- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
- Demonstrated ICT Project Support Experience
- TSPV Clearance is essential
- Experience with Commonwealth complex procurement processes

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Project Support Officer that has a proven history of working in complex projects and contributing to the organisational capability within the project.

The Project Support Officer will work under general direction to assist several team leads in the delivery of the Project to provide effective administration, procurement and finance support to technical projects.

The Project Support Officer will work under general direction to undertake a range of administrative tasks including maintaining Risk Registers, Stakeholder Matrix, and management of Program and Project artefacts within the team.

The Project Support Officer will take responsibility for the provision of support services to projects, use and recommends project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects whilst supporting programme or project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with project planning, delivery and work package management. This includes development and maintenance of key project artefacts including the project schedule and coordinating project tasks and actions.

2. Support the implementation and maintenance of appropriate information management and record keeping practices.

3. Assist with risk, issue and dependency management.

4. Procure ICT-related goods and services for the project.

**Salary**: $120.00 - $170.00 per hour
