**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a qualified Assistant In Nursing with a minimum of 1 year work history and have NDIS experience as well. This is a casual part time role located within the Bankstown area with the opportunity of becoming permanent fulltime. The work will include conducting assessments and reporting and you will be required to visit the office and visit our care recipients in their homes when necessary.

**Position Requirements**:

- Demonstrated AIN Experience.
- Wound Care Management.
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills - proactive, motivated and customer focused.
- Passion for delivering quality patient centered care.
- Must be familiar with NDIS skill descriptors.
- Computer literate and able to use Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
- Preferable experience with disability, aged care and NDIS services.
- Provide Choice, Empathy, Dignity and Respect for care recipients to achieve maximum quality of life and independence.
- Deliver the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to our care recipients.
- Demonstrate a positive leadership style with the team, residents, families and other professionals.
- Develop and maintain positive resident/family and team relationships.
