**Job description**

We are currently recruiting support staff to work across Melbourne area to provide support to clients who require complex needs and care.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Clear and effective communications skills
- A positive and professional approach
- Reliable Car and Driver's Licence
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Flexibility and availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts; morning, day, afternoon, and weekends
- Relevant Qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role you must have or are willing to obtain the below mandatory requirements:

- Not listed on the Disqualified Carer Register or Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current Certificate for First Aid (HLTAID003) & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID001) (Highly desire but not required)
- Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/Australian Citizenship Certificate or International Passport & Visa)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Driver’s license
- Current Police Check
- Manual Handling & Med Competency

**IMMEDIATE START**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Kilda VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- individual support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
