**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, driven retail store manager to help contribute to our ongoing success.As a Retail store manager, you will have the very meaningful role of leading the day-to-day store operations, ensuring your team build memorable experiences and rapport with our clientele. A passion for retail sales and management will go a long way in inspiring and leading the team to success.

**Requirements**:
Ability to develop strong customer relationships
Preferably 3-5 years experience in a retail environment
Strong computer literacy and ability to work with POS systems
Excellent customer service manner
A ‘can-do’ attitude
Management or supervisory experience
Interior decorating experience highly regarded
Passionate and driven employee with a great work ethic

**Responsibilities**

Generating a high level of sales through provision of great customer service
Support and coach the team on the right service behaviour and empowering them to work and think positively and respectfully
Recognise and celebrate team achievements
Ability to motivate staff to achieve KPI benchmarks
Strong brand alignment
Quote conversion
Forecasting store requirements and stock needs
Execution of company merchandising standards
Providing after sales service and resolutions

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
