**The Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Team Leader, to join our Warehouse Team at our facility in Malaga, Perth.

You will be responsible for leading the Warehouse Inventory Team and the overall management of our Inventory processes (eg. the safe, efficient, accurate and timely receiving of goods, replenishing, recording of information, performing stocktakes etc.).

You will report directly to the Logistics Manager at Malaga.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading, building, supporting and maintaining a high performing, highly engaged team
- Coordinating Inventory team’s daily tasks
- Performing stocktakes, cycle counts & early ID’s
- Receiving & replenishment of inventory
- Working in freezer & chiller conditions
- Picking of internal transfers, unloading of containers, loading delivery vehicles
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with team members
- Ensuring work is performed to our WHS standards

**To be considered for this Role you will have the following skills & experience**:

- Experience leading a team an advantage
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Time management, prioritising & organisational skills
- Forklift licence is essential
- Ability to lift up to 20kg weight is required
- Good computer skills (experience with Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams & Outlook)
- Experience in frozen and chilled food distribution an advantage
- Working well within a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to follow through
- Sense of urgency and ability to absorb pressure
- Ability to influence others
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- High degree of accountability and autonomy
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business
