Stratco is a leading manufacturer and retailer of Building and Home Improvement products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Production Team members to join our AFTERNOON shift at our Ormeau manufacturing facility.

As a **Stratco** production team member you will be a part of our operations team and will be required to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manufacturing goods to the customers requirements
- Interpreting product drawings
- Operating roll form and general sheet metal equipment
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to **Stratco** safety and other policies and procedures
- Participation in tool box and team meetings
- Training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment

**Key skills and attributes**:

- A commitment to producing quality products
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret product drawings and basic computer skills
- Roll form machine experience preferred
- Previous coil handling and purlin mill experience is desirable
- ** Gantry Crane and Fork lift license preferred**:

- The ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work full time on afternoon shift
