Established in 1972 Deluxe Chauffeured Cars is a provider of corporate, chauffeur, senior and disability transport.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Part time assistance is required to join our small office team.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in administration, organisation of travel and accommodation, sales and marketing, along with good computer and communication skills.

**DUTIES**

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Assist with Customer Queries and Sales
- Execute customer orders
- Assist with Quotes and Proposals
- Data entry - booking and CRM
- Allocating incoming jobs when required
- General administration duties

**Ideal Requirements**
- General office admin experience
- Well-developed communication skills with an excellent phone manner
- A professional work ethic, willing to work independently as well as part of a small team
- CRM and Xero experience an advantage
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Willingness and flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required
- Any background work in transport, NDIS, travel or call centre will be an advantage
- Knowing your way around social media would be a bonus
