OUR MOTEL

Town and Country Motel is looking for a handyman/ maintenance person to join our team on a part time basis. We have 47 rooms, and large grounds including a pool area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to guest room issues including faulty appliances, air conditioning and lighting
- Minor plumbing repairs
- General Hotel Maintenance
- Gardening and pool maintenance
- Furniture & equipment repairs
- Painting and cleaning
- Assisting with other maintenance projects as required

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Previous demonstrated experience in a general maintenance, grounds-keeping
- Relevant trade qualification or relevant experience in building trade (Desirable)
- The ability to work flexible hours and or weekends, preferably 5 days a week

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
