**What You’ll Do**

As an apprentice Panel Beater, you’ll master skills like:

- Determining the nature and extent of damage to a vehicle so it can be expertly repaired.
- Repairing, removing or replacing damaged panels and sub-structures.
- Returning a car to manufacturer’s specifications using specialised tools.
- Using mechanical and hydraulic equipment, and computer alignment programs and processes.
- Using metal welding and modern bonding techniques.
- Filing, grinding and sanding panel surfaces.
- Re-fitting body hardware such as door locks.
- Realigning chassis and body frames.
- Removing and replacing a vehicle’s auto-electrical components if damaged.
- Are passionate about cars and eager to learn.
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Are team players and results driven.
- Hold a valid driver’s license (P1 or higher preferred).

**Work Authorisation**:

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (required)

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

Pay: $13.58 - $21.73 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
