Our head office in the Fortitude Valley has been well-equipped with an outdoor BBQ area, tennis court and a newly renovated office space to welcome a **Systems Coordinator** to our team.

Your Role

Operating within the Mission, Vision, and Values of Agri Labour Australia (ALA), the **Business/Systems Coordinator**'s primary responsibility will be to provide effective and efficient support to our business operations by managing systems, IT hardware, technology, and company assets.

You will work closely with ALA's Chief Information Officer and the Shared Services team to strengthen our current processes and systems, improve internal systems and processes, and support the growth and expansion of our teams.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Conduct IT hardware and software inductions for new employees

Set up assets for employees, including laptops, desks, and workstations

Coordinate system access for employees

Set up and support remote users as required

Manage and maintain asset registers

Manage internal and external motor vehicle fleets

Conduct monthly reviews of invoices and reconcile against agreements

Provide technology training, particularly in Cyber Security awareness

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven individual with a passion for supporting business operations, who has previous experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.

To be considered for the role, it is important that you can address the following:
Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively

Experience working in team environments and supporting others

High level of computer and typing skills

Continuous improvement mindset

Strong written and verbal communication capabilities

Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent (desired)
