Telco Electrical Services is seeking self motivated, skilled and experienced Civils All-Rounder to join our team in Caboolture. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a variety of civils projects, from site preparation to final construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Site Preparation & Demolition**:Preparing sites for construction, including demolition, earthworks, and clearing.
- **Construction & Installation**:Installing various civil infrastructure components like concrete slabs, formwork, fencing, HV Earthing grids, pit installations, conduit installations, retaining walls, minor building works.
- **Equipment Operation**:Operating and maintaining various construction machinery, including excavators and bob cats
- **General Maintenance**:Performing routine maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
- **Site Supervision**:Assisting with site supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining site cleanliness.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**:5 years plus of experience in civils construction.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications (e.g., working at heights, operating machinery).
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of civils construction techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
