Crown Metropol is a five star hotel that boasts 658 rooms, Melbourne's largest. We are currently looking for a Full Time Front Office Attendant to join the Crown Metropol team in the overnight shift of 11pm to 7am. To be successful for this role you will have a passion for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to each and every one of our guests.
You will need to have strong attention to detail, as you are responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office and will need to be able to work in a high volume environment. With consistently high occupancy rates, your duties will include check in and check out, liaising with other departments within the hotel team and having an up-to-date knowledge of all products, facilities and promotional activities.

What you need:

- Experience in a personalised customer focused position
- A passion in developing a career within the hotel industry
- The ability to multi-task while having a very strong attention to detail
- Front desk or Reservations experience in a premium hotel environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of a hotel property management system, preferably Opera
- Strong product knowledge of Crown’s Hotels and confidence in upselling
- Ability to commit to permanent overnight shifts of 11pm to 7am
- You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
