We are currently sourcing for a highly skilled **Unit Manager**for our high profile tech client in** Sydney, Pyrmont.** You will be leading a skilled team, driving a culinary edge, and focusing on high-quality service and immaculate food presentation:
**Key Duties**:

- Stakeholder management and client engagement
- Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.
- Delivering a seamless operation to the employee food program and adhoc functions
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
- Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
- Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality

**The Person**:

- Demonstrated experience at management level with a background in culinary and catering
- Qualifications in hospitality with business management
- Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
- An advocate for diversity and inclusion within the workplace
