The training material has been compiled based on the expertise Maid2Match has gained from being one of the leading cleaning companies in Australia. Graduates will leave the program with the technical cleaning knowledge and customer service skills to consistently deliver a 5 star experience to each and every home they service with us.

This world-class training program follows the 90/10 learning framework with 90% of learning performed hands-on in the field alongside an expert trainer and 10% through an online theory component.

What we are Looking For:

- Smart phone
- No cleaning experience necessary
- Your own car and a valid drivers’ license
- Genuine interest in become a professional cleaner
- Friendly, reliable, punctual, team player and A+ communicator
- 4 or more days of availability between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. You don’t need to be available during these hours in full.

**Work Schedule**:
As this leads to a permanent part-time role, we will discuss the exact days and hours during the onboarding process, based on your availability. We will work with you to find a schedule which suits both your and the customers needs.
