Casual Event Crew Labourers Marquee Installers

South Coast Party Hire is seeking to fill a number of casual Event Crew Labourer positions for our upcoming season.

We provide beautiful marquees and event hire equipment needed to host a spectacular outdoor event such as weddings, corporate events, major birthdays etc. The coverage stretches from Batemans Bay to Helensburgh.

South Coast Party Hire is a young, dynamic and growing business, and we are seeking a motivated and energetic people to join our team.

A typical day in the life of our Event Crew Labourer would involve:

- Loading & unloading the truck with the required equipment; marquees, vinyl, tables, chairs, temporary flooring etc
- Installation and dismantling of marquees and set-up of onsite structures
- Delivery and pickup of party hire equipment
- Liaising with the customer on-site
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Picking and packing of client orders
- Maintenance & repair of damaged stock
- Maintaining records & documentation
- Upholding and ensuring all OHS principles are adhered to by those in your team

- Strong safety focus to get the job done efficiently and safely

**Pre-requisites**

Drivers license or MR truck license is desirable but not essential.

**Remuneration & working hours**:
Dependant on experience and age an adult could expect to earn between $29.23 to $29.90 per hour with generous overtime and weekend rates available.

Both Mid week and weekend work available. Shifts can be anywhere from 8-10 hours.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical labour and working outdoors in a busy, fast paced environment.
