We are seeking experienced Lawn Maintenance Specialists who are detail-oriented, take pride in their work, and are ready to be part of a team that values quality and professionalism. You’ll work in a small team (2 man) and ultimately independently, using commercial-grade equipment, with a focus on delivering consistent, high quality results.

**What You'll Do**:

- Perform routine lawn care: mowing, edging, line trimming(whipper snipping), blowing, and general clean-up
- Operate and maintain commercial-grade lawn equipment
- Maintain clean, well-groomed lawns, gardens, and walkways
- Be trained and expected to identify and report issues with lawn health (weeds, pests, irrigation, etc.)
- Interact professionally with homeowners when necessary
- Work independently or with a small (2 man) team, managing daily routes efficiently

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Minimum 1 year of professional lawn care experience**:

- Experience working on residential properties strongly preferred
- Familiarity with commercial equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license preferred (required for crew leads)

**Compensation & Bonus Structure**:

- **Guaranteed base pay: $30.35 per hour.**:

- **Performance bonuses available** - up to 33% of labor revenue earned
- The more you produce, the more you earn — motivated team members regularly exceed base pay. **Team members averaged $35.50 last financial year, highest performers earned more.**:

- Weekly pay with transparent bonus breakdowns
