As an Implementation Consultant you are the unique point of contact for Emarsys customers within Australia, you guide them and assist them throughout their whole B2C Marketing Cloud on-boarding journey.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide technical guidance and training to the client using a consultative approach with strong project management principles.
- Train the users prior to the Go Live date in the operation of the B2C Marketing Cloud.
- Act as a field representative for the Product team to present future enhancements to customers and feedback client requests.
- Identify opportunities for extending current engagements.
- Share best practices with other members of the consulting team.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Strong understanding of database design as well as web infrastructure technology.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with web technologies and standards (HTML /XML /SMTP/API/data transfer protocols and databases)
- Hands-on experience with a programming language (PHP, JavaScript preferred)
- Project management skills/experience (Prince2 or Agile certifications are an asset)
- Previous experience in a client facing role with exposure to C-Level stakeholders.
- Ideally technical background with SaaS products and a significant focus on online marketing.
- Great negotiator able to influence others.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, manage multiple and changing priorities.
