**This Role Requires**
- Previous customer service experience
- Telecommunications experience is preferred not a necessity
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google suite (Gmail, Gcal)
- Ability to Work pro-actively as part of a team or independently
- Keen Goal setter and achiever
- Ability to think outside the box
- Adept at shortcutting processes to increase results
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Warm and welcoming phone manner

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD, SA 5000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
