Your New Role

Your key responsibilities will include
- Administer student scholarships and prizes under the direction of the Manager, Student Enquiry and Scholarships.- Collaborate with academic and professional services teams to support the University’s strategic goals.- Work closely with the Director, Student Experience to ensure business processes are student-focused, efficient and effective.

What We Offer You

This Continuous| Part time (22.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $79K - $96K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- A degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.- Knowledge of student admin regulations and experience ensuring compliance with policies and standards.- A strong customer service focus with a drive for continuous process improvement.- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
