We are seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director (2IC) Maternity leave cover to join our established team in our **Nulkaba**service for a maternity leave engagement.

**About the role**:

- Provide guidance and direction to educators through collaboration
- Offer support to educators to effectively implement the planning cycle to enhance practices and programs
- Lead, develop and implement effective and valuable educational programs within the service
- Ensure all learning is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework
- Encourage and demonstrate appropriate and respectful communication and behaviours within the service

**About you**:

- ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience in a similar role advantageous
- Current Working with Children Check
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong computer skills
- Current approved First Aid Certificate
- Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
