**The opportunity**

**Job Details**

As a warehouse trainee, you will learn the ins and outs of the operational running of a distribution warehouse. Your duties will include liaising with customers and providing service to them, receiving stock into MYOB, picking/packing and dispatching of orders, processing orders, counter sales and much more

You will be using general hand tools, pallet jacks, mechanical lifting aids, computers, and other general office equipment.

Undertaking this two-year traineeship will give you the opportunity to earn **TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations - Warehousing Operations**,** **which will open various other doors in your Warehousing career.

You will be responsible for and contribute to:

- Stock management
- Picking and packing items
- Physically unloading containers and pallets
- Organising freight consignments
- Processing purchase orders
- Dispatch
- Inbound Stock
- Liaising with customers and providing service to them.
- Maintaining a clean office & showroom
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are met
- Deliveries (occasional)
- Other duties as required
