**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Stratco** **is looking for a bright and customer focused professional who possesses a personality and smile to match, to work as part of our friendly team in Kadina. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and motivated person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company.

As a retail team member, you will be the first point of contact with our customers either face to face or via the phone with the flexibility to help out around the store to improve our valued customers' experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customer interaction
- Cash handling
- Retail cashier operations
- Manual handling and use of forklift to load customer vehicles
- Stocking shelves
- Participation in training and personal development sessions

**ABOUT YOU**
- Passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a retail checkout environment is preferred but not essential
- Willingness to conduct varied duties across the store
- Highly organised
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work Saturdays with flexibility to work selected days
