Hero Sushi operates 50 stores across Australia directly from our head office. We are a growing sushi company dedicated to offering fresh and diverse Japanese flavors to our customers.

We are excited to announce an opening for a Store Manager at Hero Sushi **North Lakes**. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow their career with us.

**Position Details**:
**1. Position**: Full-time Store Manager

**2. Working Hours**: Over 38 hours per week (flexible roster). Overtime is considered after 38 hours per week, with penalties applied accordingly. (x1.25 / x1.5)

**3. Hourly Rate** (Before Tax):

- Before tax: $29.00 (week), $36.25 (sat), $43.50 (sun), $58.00 (public holiday)
- Benefits: Annual leave, sick leave, and superannuation (11.5%).

**4. Duties**:

- Sushi making and ingredient preparation
- Staff roster management
- Customer service
- Store inspections and general management

**5. Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality
- Flexible working days and hours
- Valid TFN (Tax File Number); we do not offer cash-in-hand payments
- Not available for working holiday visa holders
- We're looking for someone **who fulfills their responsibilities.**

**For those who want to build their career at Hero Sushi, not just as a store manager, but also as a junior supervisor, supervisor, and even work in a position managing the entire QLD region.**

Our store is busy, but rest assured, we provide comprehensive training.

Pay: $29.00 - $58.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
