**Career as an Agi Driver**
If you hold a HR licence and are looking for a full-time job with training provided, then this might be the opportunity for you. This well-known multinational company are looking for motivated people to join their friendly and professional team. They are looking to invest in people and their careers.

To be considered you must:
- Hold a current HR Licence, ideally 12 months driving experience, but we will consider someone with the right attitude.
- Provide a current driving history check
- Able to complete a pre-employment medical
- Able to complete a driving Assessment
Once employed:
- The driver will sit with another driver (mentor) for a minimum of 20 loads. They then unload the concrete and drive the truck back to the yard empty. For experienced Agi Drivers the Driver Trainer might suggest only 10 empty loads are required.
- Production Officer / Drivers are usually based in smaller regional plants and will do yard work, order stock and then drive the Agi.
- Production Supervisor / Driver are usually single person sites e.g. Moruya and they do everything - batch, yard work and drive the batches to the customer.
Monday to Friday with some weekends. Hours are 7.6 per day plus overtime which includes weekends when needed. Depending upon the site, hours can be up to 10 hours per day.
