Green Leaves Early Learning Byford is conveniently located just off Thomas Road, in the Redgum Brook Estate. Our Byford Centre is a stunning two-story service catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Educational Leader to guide and mentor our team

This role isn’t just about training; it’s about igniting sparks of creativity and curiosity in our educators, turning them into superheroes of the classroom With an eye for quality assurance, our Educational Leaders ensure that every day is a thrilling exploration for every child.
Furthermore, our Educational Leaders and teams are supported by an extensive network of partners. These national partners are led by our own Dr Karen Grubb, and together, they co-research and design training opportunities with you in the areas of Nutrition, Therapeutic Arts, Health and Wellbeing, Sustainability, Indigenous Perspectives, Inclusion, and Documentation

About the Role
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring Educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Knowledge of many different early years theories with no “one size fits all”
- Team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Oversight to ensure each room in the centre is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment

**Qualifications**:

- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection Training
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificate
